Recently, we had a workshop with TMD Partners focused on different personality types and how they come together to achieve a common goal.
At first glance, it might seem like a simple or obvious topic. However, when you work closely in teams every day, it becomes essential to learn how to communicate with each other, understand our differences, and use that understanding to support our shared goals.
We spent a great day sharing stories, learning more about ourselves, and gaining valuable insights that will help us work together more smoothly and understand each other better.

Recognition Day at Kretinga Workshop 👏

Summer is one of the busiest times for our workshop team.

Today, we took a moment to show appreciation for the hard work and commitment of our welders and pipefitters. A few of them received small tokens of recognition for their good work.

That said, recognition is not limited to just one day - or just a few people. Many others have also done exceptional work as it’s an ongoing initiative and we look forward to celebrating more of our team members in the months ahead.
