𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻: 𝗜𝗧 / 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰- We are seeking an IT / System Support Technician to provide critical
technical support for a large-scale, nationwide system. The role includes troubleshooting
hardware and software, maintaining IT systems, and installing mission-critical computer
equipment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• End user Support: Provide technical assistance via phone, email, remote tools, or in
person for users across the organization.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve Windows performance issues, software crashes, and driver
problems. Support Microsoft Office and organization-specific applications.
• Hardware & Peripherals: Install and replace components (RAM, SSDs, PSUs)and
support peripheral office equipment.
• System Administration: Manage user accounts in Windows and Office 365. Set up
images and domain-join new computers and laptops.
• Maintenance & Backup: Perform routine updates, antivirus checks, and basic data
backup/recovery.
• Network Support: Assist with basic troubleshooting of Wi-Fi networks and TCP/IP
communications.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Must-Have
• Experience: 3–5 years as a PC / IT / System Technician.
• OS Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Systems: Experience working with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Networking: Basic understanding of network communications (TCP/IP).
• Licensing: Valid driver's license, preferably Code 8.

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:

Certifications: Professional certifications such as MCITP or CCNA.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• Independence: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently in a multi-tasking
environment.
• Service Orientation: High ability to work professionally with employees and customers.
• Technical Initiative: Willingness to learn and expand knowledge to support more complex
systems.
• Willingness to Learn: Must be eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Team Player: Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
and stakeholders.
