Applications for the The Hubert H Humphrey Fellowship Program are open!

The Humphrey Program is a 10-month non-degree academic and professional program that places Fellows in multinational cohorts at U.S. host universities. Participants gain valuable leadership and professional development through intensive academic coursework while promoting economic growth and long-term cooperation to tackle critical global challenges.

Fellows will collaborate with American students, communities, and leading experts in the following fields:

• Communications and Journalism
• Law and Human Rights
• Natural Resources, Environmental and Climate Change Policy
• Public Policy Analysis and Public Administration
• Public Health Policy and Management
• Technology Policy and Management
