Recently done a needs analysis for the Lesotho Highlands Water Project Phase 2, the Polihali dam, tunnels, roads, bridges (the longest being 120m high and 600m long crossing the Senqu River near Mokhotlong), housing and infrastructure.
The photo is of the area where the new Concrete Faced Rock-fill Dam of some 165 meters high will be with a crest hight of some 2,075 AMSL.
