RECEPTIONIST NEEDED– BUTHA-BUTHE

The Legal Voice Ltd is a rapid growing Legal Expenses Insurance Company with its Head office situated in Maseru. In pursuit of our growth strategy to be the dominant player in our industry, we are looking for an outstanding Receptionist in BUTHA-BUTHE OFFICE who will be responsible for all administration operations and be part of our esteem team.

JOB TITTLE: Receptionist
REPORTS TO: Branch Manager

JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to deliver friendly, efficient client service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our clients, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new clients. To provide superb administrative and clerical services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle branch petty cash.
• Verify clients’ payment status before referring them for any service of Legal Voice.
• Maintain safe and clean reception area.
• Receive and route calls
• Assist company clients and provide quality customer service at all time.
• Work together with other company departments for common good of the company.
• Do other duties as may be deemed necessary by the management.
Skills and Competencies
• Adaptability: flexibility in the face of change and positive demeanour regardless of changes in working conditions.
• Time management, space management and task management.
• Strong Utilization of analytical skills.
• Communication skills: listening, oral and written skills and telephone/E-mail.
• Client service: interacts professionally with clients and associates at all times and promptly respond to requests with accuracy and a courteous demeanour.
• Team player: works as a competent member of the team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers when actively supporting group goals.
• Computer/Technical skills
• Driver`s Licence will be an added advantage.
Academic Qualifications
• Diploma in office administration/business management with two years working relevant experience.
