Participants gained valuable skills and support in:

The program helped address key challenges faced by participants, including limited access to capital and resources, inadequate business management skills, poor marketing, weak HR systems, and restricted access to suppliers. As a result, these enterprises are now better positioned for growth, sustainability, and competitiveness within the fashion industry.

These outcomes demonstrate the impact of targeted enterprise development interventions and reinforce BEDCO's commitment to empowering Basotho entrepreneurs, creating employment opportunities, and fostering a vibrant MSME sector that contributes to Lesotho's economic development.
