MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY 2026
Today we celebrate menstrual hygiene day.Beyond celebration,let us make an impact.Menstruation is till a challenge for many girls from poor families, especially in the rural areas of Lesotho.At The Good Hearted,we believe that no girl should miss School because of period poverty.For more than five years,we have been donating reusable sanitary pads to support girls and women in need.

We are also proud to introduce our "Two in One"underwear, specially designed underwear with a reusable pad already attached for comfort and convenience.We further believe that boys and men should not be left behind in conversations about menstruation.Together we can break the stigma, promote dignity and support menstrual health for all.

Someone from Slovakia saw our work on Facebook and she kindly reached out, offering to donate Menstrual Cups for our girls in need.The parcel arrived safely in Lesotho,all the way from Slovakia.We are really grateful to our generous Donor.This contribution will make a meaningful difference in the lives of many girls, especially those in Schools and in the rural areas of Lesotho.
