🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead national operations strategy & planning
• Oversee procurement, supply chain, logistics, IT & facilities
• Ensure strong safety & security systems 🛡️
• Manage and develop the Operations team
• Strengthen coordination between Programs & Operations

🎓 Requirements
• MBA, MPP, MPH, or degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics
• Strong experience in operations management
• Proven leadership & project management skills
