We are blessed to see one of our brothers dreams coming true. This afternoon, Hon. Randall Dobayou, Deputy Director of EPA promised to give Anders Bagguer Jr. a Laptop and will also be responsible for his feeding on campus for being the DUX of the TUBMAN UNIVERSITY Placement Examination, 2022.
