The House of Representatives has enacted the amended Monrovia Industrial Park Act into law.

The bill was introduced by Hon. Jerry K. Yogboh on July 10, 2025, and subsequently referred to the Committees on Land, Mines, Energy & Natural Resources; Judiciary; and Commerce & Industry.

Following a recommendation for approval by the joint committees, the House unanimously passed the legislation during its session on July 18, 2025.
