Our History & Geography instructor, Mr. Alexander K. Theoway, was certificated as one of the finalists of this year’s National Teacher’s Award, on the occasion commemorating the 175th Flag Day Celebration of our dear country, Liberia.

How different Liberia would be without your immense contributions, on many levels. You have been a great leader to this team and for this, we remain grateful for all you do in ensuring we continue to empower young people. May this new year bring you many happy reasons to celebrate.

Over the weekend, our students had the opportunity to tour and purchase books from the World’s largest Ship Library MV LOGOS Hope at the Freeport of Monrovia. Opportunities as such are critical to how students build connections from the classroom to the real world - a core component of our active learning pedagogy. We believe that all students deserve this type of education.
