The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Richard Nagbe Koon, has expressed strong confidence in securing victory in the 2029 legislative elections in District #11, Montserrado County.

Speaking during his District #11 Annual Report on Saturday, May 16, 2026, Representative Koon declared that he is fully prepared to defeat any opponent who chooses to contest against him in the upcoming race.
“I can close my eyes and campaign,” he stated, emphasizing what he described as his deep connection with the people of the district. According to him, no other politician is currently closer to the residents of District #11 than he is.

The Speaker made these remarks while addressing a gathering of citizens during the annual report, where he also highlighted his ongoing engagement and commitment to the development of the constituency.
