According to a source close to the Montserrado Sub-Association (MSA), Josiah Nmah will be promoted to a new position after the completion of the 2022/2023 Third Division and Community League season. Nmah has served the West Point Sub-Committee for ten years, first as assistant Secretary and then as Secretary General.
Reportedly, Nmah will assume the position of REGISTRAR for the Montserrado Sub-Association at the beginning of the 2023/2024 season.
