JB GROUP (PVT) LTD is seeking a competent and results-driven Operating Officer to oversee and improve our day-to-day business operations and support the company’s continued growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily operational activities

Ensure smooth coordination between production, administration, and management

Monitor operational performance and implement efficiency improvements

Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Support planning, ex*****on, and monitoring of key projects

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Provide regular operational reports to senior management

Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
Proven experience in an operations or management role
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage teams and handle multiple responsibilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity and professionalism
