සමස්ත ලංකා පාසල් අවුරුදු 19න් පහළ Division 1 – Segment B Plate තරගාවලියේ අපට ඉතිරිව ඇත්තේ තවත් තරග දෙකක් පමණි. මෙම වැදගත් තරග සඳහා ක්රීඩකයන්ගේ ශක්තිය, සෞඛ්යය සහ ක්රීඩා දක්ෂතා ඉහළ මට්ටමක පවත්වා ගැනීම සඳහා ප්රෝටීන් සහ පෝෂණ අතිරේක (Supplements) අවශ්යව පවතී.
