Another Successful Residential Project by KAID Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.

We are pleased to share the successful completion of a beautiful residential project designed for Orthopedic Consultant Dr. Kelum Chathuranga.

At the end of 2024, Dr. Chathuranga contacted us following several recommendations regarding our professional architectural services. He requested 3000 Sq.ft a nature-friendly residential design for his 80-perch property.

After conducting the initial site inspection and analyzing the land context, we recommended developing a single-storey residence, which would best suit the site conditions and natural surroundings. Dr. Chathuranga entrusted us with full design freedom to create a home that harmonizes with nature.

As part of our standard architectural process at KAID, we usually begin with schematic sketches. However, for this special project, we presented the first design proposal through a detailed 1:100 architectural physical model.

We are proud to say that the very first presentation layout was fully approved without any revisions. This reflects the core strength of KAID — our ability to understand the client’s vision from the very beginning and translate it into a meaningful architectural solution through our professional expertise.

It was truly an honor to be invited to the housewarming ceremony and witness the completion of this prestigious home.
