Excited to share my latest architectural project, a beautiful haven tailored for a retired couple's golden years. This two-story residence is designed for their present comfort and future adaptability.

The ground floor offers a spacious bedroom with a private en-suite, a cozy living and dining area, an efficient kitchen, and a tranquil office space.

But what sets this project apart is the ingenious decision to lease out the second floor to out-of-town students, not only creating extra income but fostering a sense of community.

Both the exterior and interior are bathed in a delightful shade of pink, reflecting the couple's unique taste.

I've also created a captivating video presentation, allowing the couple to immerse themselves in every detail of their future home.

In summary, this project combines functionality, style, and potential income a home designed for the retired couple's needs and future possibilities.

𝗔 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆

This architectural wonder has come to life as a Cultural Building at Ayesha Balika Girls School. This three-story masterpiece is a multifaceted gem.

🌟 Ground Floor: A serene prayer room welcomes all.
🌟 First Floor: A cultural hall, serving spirituality and school's diverse needs.
🌟 Third Floor: A library, a space for knowledge and reflection.

While it's known as a mosque, it's crucial to note that the second and third floors also serve as a cultural hall and library, aligning perfectly with the school's mission.

Inspired by Arabic architecture, both inside and out, it's a captivating fusion of tradition and modernity, where spirituality, culture, and learning converge.

I had the privilege of designing a home that exudes opulence and sophistication. This three-story residence features a stunning upper-level terrace for breathtaking views and leisure.

While I won't reveal the interiors here, every aspect of this design showcases meticulous attention to exterior aesthetics, making it a true symbol of luxury.
