China has called on the international community to respect Sri Lanka’s sovereign right to determine its own path in human rights development, urging an end to external political pressure and intervention in the country’s internal affairs.

Speaking at the 60th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, the Representative of China emphasized that any efforts to address human rights issues should be constructive, cooperative, and rooted in dialogue. “China urges relevant countries to respect the Sri Lankan people's own choice of the human rights development path, abandon intervention in internal affairs and political pressure, and return to the right track of dialogue and cooperation,” the representative stated.

මම නිකමට වගේ මගේ පරණ Photo එකක් දැකලා ඉස්සර මම මගේ ඇගට තිබුණු ආදරය, caring මතක් උනා.. ඉස්සර මාරම fitness එකක් වගේම active body එකක් තිබුණේ. ඉතින් මේ දවස්වල මගේ Health එක, Body shape එක ගොඩක්ම අවුල් නිසා මම නිකමට වගේ BMI එක check කරා. 🫠 මම හිතුවේ overweight වගේ එයි කියලා ඒත් ආවේ obese කියල 🥹. ඒ වෙලේම ඉතින් ආපු motivation එකත් එක්ක මම decide කරා Gym එහෙකට යන්න.

ඕන්න ඔය වේලාවෙදි මගේ ඔලුවට එන්නේ සිතාරයට (2022 A/L Batch) කතා කරනම් හරි කියල. එහෙම ඔලුවට ආවේ මේ වෙද්දී සිතාර Personal fitness training කරනවා කියල මම දන්න නිසා.. ඉතින් කතා කරපු ගමන් සිතාරට පුරුදු උගේම වචනෙන් "ඉතින් කරමුකෝ" කියල කට ඇරපු ගමන් කිව්වා.

එක නෙමෙයි කතාව 🥲 මම මුන්ට දක්වපු අනුකම්පාව මූ මට දක්වන්නේ නෑ... එක exercise එකක් වත් හොරෙන් වත් miss කරන්න බෑ. ඉතින් කියන්න තියේන්න තියෙන්නේ Personal Training කරගන්නව නම් ඉතින් මේ ඉන්නේ හරිම කෙනා.. අයේ හොරට සෙල්ලම් කරනවා බොරු.
