At Jetwing Blue and Jetwing Beach, we marked the Vesak season by sharing the spirit of giving with a sago dansala (alms-giving) for our Negombo community, followed by a Vesak lantern competition that brought together the creativity of our associates.

The celebrations concluded with an evening of Bhakthi Gee (traditional Sri Lankan Buddhist devotional songs), reflecting on the values of compassion, mindfulness, and unity that define this sacred occasion.

As we mark the 7th anniversary of the Easter Sunday attacks of April 2019, we paused in quiet remembrance of the lives lost.

In their honour, we gathered for a moment of silence, holding them in our thoughts and offering prayers for their souls, with heartfelt compassion for the families they left behind and the comfort they continue to seek.
