This project showcases a collection of refined meeting and lounge spaces designed with warm timber tones, soft neutrals, and elegant lighting to create a welcoming yet professional atmosphere.

The meeting rooms feature clean lines, premium seating, backlit niches, and seamless tech integration for a polished look. The executive boardroom stands out with a bold wood-and-black statement table and warm illuminated shelving.

The lounge area brings softness and comfort with a curved sofa, rich accent chairs, natural light, and a calming textured wall.

A cohesive design that elevates comfort, productivity, and contemporary elegance.

This is a 2-story family residence. Situated in an urban context at Nawala, the large double-height space in the staircase area creates a visual connection between the floors. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open and connected as a 'free plan,' while the bedrooms and family room are zoned to one side and distinctly connected with their own hallway.

Color and material also play an important role. Neutral color palette that has been selected throughout the residence enhances the calming environment of the interior while making it a lively space. The white wall and visual connection to the outdoors, created through the glass façade, help bring in nature into the spaces. This helps to blur the boundaries between the interior and exterior. Thus creating a more spacious and calming environment.

Moreover, the use of white polished tiled floors inside, coupled with elements made of timber, have enhanced interior illumination while creating a minimalist yet pleasant atmosphere.

Main design strategy is to create habitable spaces with a modern and contemporary design approach.
