🐢 Kabalana Beach is situated in Ahangama village in southern Sri Lanka. It is a great beach ideal for surfers, both beginners and experts. There are a few local surf schools around the area as well. There are a few restaurants, some sun beds and quaint surf shacks surrounding the Kabalana Beach. The sandy Kabalana Beach is also suitable for families with kids.

🐢 The Kabalana beach break is great for beginners where you can froth about in the white water and a few local surf schools to look after you. There are some more challenging steep left and right on the beach side close to the main point. On the south side of the beach by the small rock take care with the rip currents about 2-300m from the shore, there are no lifeguards to rescue you.
