Corn syrup
-300g of cooked corn and 150g of water blend together
-Straine and weigh
Add sugar equal of corn syrup
-pinch of salt
-blend together
Now you have corn syrup 🌽
Tequila 60ml
Pineapple 30ml
Corn syrup 30ml
Lime 15ml
Coconut cream 30ml
Shake and serve with ice 🧊
