What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Managing communication between clients and internal teams
• Understanding client needs and translating them into clear internal direction
• Tracking project progress and ensuring timelines are followed
• Supporting leadership in improving processes and delivery quality
• Representing the company professionally in meetings and discussions

Who We’re Looking For
• Has a mature, confident, and professional personality
• Is comfortable speaking with clients and handling discussions independently
• Has good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Can take ownership and responsibility, not just follow instructions
• Is calm under pressure and solution-oriented
• Understands how to communicate with both creative and technical teams
You don’t need to know everything - but you must be willing to learn, improve, and lead conversations.

Background & Experience (Flexible)
• Experience in project coordination, client service, operations, or account management is an advantage
• Exposure to Digital marketing, Marketing, or creative environments is a plus
• Educational background is flexible — passion, attitude and communication matter more
