3. Product Disclaimer (Seller Protection)
The seller does NOT recommend or force any product purchase.
Products are sold only if the customer willingly decides to purchase.
The seller is not responsible for customer expectations, feelings, or satisfaction regarding the product.
Product usage is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
4. Health & Safety Disclaimer
The seller is not responsible for any side effects, allergic reactions, or damages caused by product usage.
Customers are strongly advised to perform an allergy (patch) test before use.
If any allergic reaction occurs, the customer must immediately stop using the product.
No refunds will be provided for such cases.
5. Delivery & Inspection Policy
Upon receiving the product, the customer has the right to open and inspect the package immediately in the presence of the delivery rider.
If the customer wants to open the package:
Customer must inform the rider
Rider must obtain permission from the courier supervisor
6. Immediate Return Policy (Within 10 Minutes)
If the customer:
Is not satisfied, OR
Receives a wrong product
They must:
Return the product within 10 minutes of receiving it
Return it immediately through the rider
After this:
The return will be accepted on the spot
7. Late Return Policy (After 10 Minutes)
If the customer requests a return after 10 minutes:
The case will take up to 48 hours or more for investigation
The product will be inspected before any decision
The seller will provide a reasonable solution (not guaranteed refund)
8. Courier-Based Return Option
Customers may visit the nearest courier branch that delivered the parcel
The issue can be raised and processed within approximately 5 minutes (initial handling)
9. Communication Policy
The seller’s phone number may not always be available or operational.
However, the seller is committed to providing the best possible service through available channels.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are:
NOT guaranteed
Subject to inspection and approval
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
Allergy or health-related issues
Customer dissatisfaction after usage
Improper handling by the customer
11. Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be liable for:
Any direct or indirect damages
Health issues or side effects
Misuse of products
Customer dissatisfaction
12. Agreement
By placing an order, the customer confirms that:
They have read, understood, and agreed to all terms
They are purchasing at their own discretion
