Having lived through two years as a breast cancer patient, I have witnessed firsthand the toll it takes not only on myself, but also on my loved ones. The medications, the physical pain, the emotional struggles, and the strain on family bonds make the journey long and difficult. Cancer is not an individual’s battle alone; it deeply affects everyone who stands beside you.From this experience, I have learned that early detection is the best protection. The earlier breast cancer is identified, the higher the chances of effective treatment and recovery. Every woman, whether with a family history of breast cancer or not, should take proactive steps.
