This home in Kadawatha was designed with one goal in mind: to feel lived-in, loved, and truly home.
Humble and cozy, it embraces honesty in every detail—bare walls where possible, a raw polished concrete ceiling, and thoughtfully reused doors and windows. Nothing excessive, yet nothing missing. Comfort and quiet luxury, carefully balanced.

At its heart stands a margosa tree we worked hard to preserve—now thriving under the client’s tender care, forming a quiet friendship with the earthen walls that wrap around it.

I’ve always believed that good architecture isn’t possible without good clients.
