We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Gampaha.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate meetings.

Maintain office supplies, inventory, and both physical and digital records.

Perform general office duties and assist administrative staff as needed.

Support basic bookkeeping, document handling, and filing processes.

Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role will be an advantage.

Familiarity with general office procedures and office equipment.

Proficiency in both English and the local language.

Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
