In this project we advised the client on the project estimate and the handling of his budget wisely.

It includes Cost plan, Quantity Surveyors estimate, Value Engineering Proposals, project plan and a tracking of clients cash flow.

Also, during the tendering stage we assist the selection of suitable contractor with acceptable industry rates.

We expect to increase our services to the post contract stage where we approve builders payment application based on site measurements while keeping a track on clients budget
