The Contractor of the construction of seven storey school building ( ‘Sathamhala’), for Ananda College at Colombo 10, is Ms/Subasinghe Contractors Pvt. Ltd. The project is nearing completion and expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

The building was built on a robust pile foundation. The building comprises 44 nos of smart class rooms, laboratories, a library, an office, 2 numbers of lifts, IT facilities Fire protection system and AC system. The building was constructed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders in all aspects. This seven storey building is the highest school building in Sri Lanka and has total floor space of 73,722 sqft.
