✅Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
•⁠ Prepare and review monthly financial statements, reports, and MIS dashboards
•⁠ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
•⁠ Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings
•⁠ Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
•⁠ Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
•⁠ Implement internal controls and financial policies
•⁠ Support automation of financial processes and ERP system improvements
•⁠ Guide and support junior finance staff
•⁠ Liaise with banks, auditors, and other external partners

✅Requirements:
•4–6 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks
•Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
•Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
•Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
