Henegama " Bunty "
*********************
Street animals without caretakers suffer a lot. You have a superior mind to imagine how helpless they would be if they got sick, deprived of even the chance to get proper food and drink. That is why there are many people who post information about sick animals on the internet.
I also got the message about "Bunty" online.
He lived near a shop in Henegama, Gampaha. Bunty, who lived a miserable life, became ill as he got older. When he finds someone who is desperate to cure him, he develops a cancer that covers the ge***al area and passes away with great difficulty. Bunty is now recovering from the message I received at the Dewalapola Dr kanishka (Universal Vets) Clinic without a day's delay ...
If the cancer that was surgically removed does not grow back, "Bunty" will have a chance to live longer. We released him to the usual shade as it was difficult to find a permanent shade. We are comforted by the presence of the two members who gave the message and the shop owners who came to see Bunty recovering .......
Kanchana Chathurani, who went to the scene with the Dog Catcher for the difficult mission of capturing the animal in pain, made a great sacrifice until the treatment was completed and released.
Dog Catcher, Transport and Treatment Fees Rs. 9,200.00. Your support to the Group Fund as much as you could covered the amount, and we did not have to pay for the medicines because the two members who gave us the information about Bunty provided them.
Those who are passionate about the plight of stray animals have joined our organization and we have been able to help a large number of sick animals .........
Thank you to everyone who contributed money, labour and even a word to heal "Bunty"
May all of you be free from sudden troubles, illnesses, diseases and epidemics for the rest of your life !!
May this be a cause for longevity!!
Bunty get well soon!

‘Beenu’
••••••••••••
It caught my attention on a post in the group about a disabled dog without help near Fashion bug Bandarawela.
It was posted by Yoshani Wickramasinha. After getting in touch with her we could took this poor soul to see veterinarian Dr.Wijewardana for necessary medical attention.
We named him ‘Beenu’ . He had a fractured bone in one of his legs and the closest assumption was it could have caused due an accident. Therefore Beenu was given medicine & calcium which could help to heal the fracture . Further he was given Rabies vaccine too . Fortunately Yoshani agreed to shelter and provide care for Beenu until he heals completely and Beenu could get his daily calcium intake under the care of Yoshani.
As per the doctors assumption, Beenu will be healed completely within a week or two .
Transportation was funded by Yoshani & Surani.
Veterinarian fee was Rs .2800 and this was paid by our fund . And we hope you will continue to support us 🙏
Veterinarian fee was Rs.2700 for the second doctors visit , and the transportation cost was covered by Yoshani Wickramasinha.
We paid a total of Rs.5500 towards Beenus medical care .
Even a small Rs.100 you make towards our fund can make a big change in a stray animal’s life in need.
Please continue to help us to help voiceless innocents in need.🙏
Many thanks and blessings to everyone who helped us to make this good cause a reality everyday !! May these blessing go to your loved & lost pets !!
May your lives be blessed with full of abundance and more health amidst COVID-19 🙏
Beenu is fully recovered now and he is able to walk properly. We would have to release him to the place where we’ve found him , if we couldn’t find an owner for him 😞
C4V, Our only hope now is to find a permanent owner for Beenu . He is a very charming & innocent boy .
Please do open your heart for him and be his hero 🙏

“Brownie”
Brownie was found by Surani Herath at Bandarawela railway housing scheme.
She was suffering from vaginal cancer.
DR. Wijewardhana physically went there to treat brownie. She wasn’t tamed so we had to put an effort to take her under our control however Rish*tha Amodya, Upalinda Bandara, Shakila Ashani and Surani has done the major work regarding Brownie.
She has to go through another vaccination program in 14 days and we will take the full responsibility of it.
It will cost 8000/= for us to take her through the surgery and cure her so we kindly request you to help us with your possible donations.
We would like to thank Surani and the rest of the team members for being with us and helping us to cure these innocent souls we find everyday!
