Understanding this fact, Leverage kicked off its first leadership training session today themed “Leveraging Leadership” at Shangrila, Colombo, amidst great reviews.
The training was conducted by Co-founder of Leverage and a Senior HR Manager in the country, Alqaaf Hameem, who brings in his years of invaluable experience spanning across Banking, Financial Intermediaries and Human Resources industries.
Leveraging Leadership is focused around understanding the modern day requirement of leadership, its demands, the various leadership style and situational leadership, the challenges of the modern day leader, various motivational techniques and bringing teams together.
Whilst wishing our future leaders all the very best in their future endeavors, we look forward to conduct the second edition of this series soon..

Ishan Noor, co-founder of Leverage is also a father of two and an avid believer of hard work, passion and accomplishing dreams. With more than a decade of corporate experience in a conglomerate and a blue chip company, he works as a sales manager for a reputed airline. A former Sri Lankan rugby player and having captained the prestigious CR&FC, Ishan has an undying passion for team work and helping others. Leverage, a brainchild of this undying passion, no doubt will help to empower the youth of Sri Lanka to achieve their financial freedom, thus changing their lives positively.
