CIPM Sri Lanka

An engaging evening of learning, inspiration, and knowledge sharing at the CPD Session was held on 7th May 2026 at the CIPM Auditorium, with the participation of 70+ CIPM Members and HR professionals.

The session showcased award-winning best practices from leading organizations recognized at the Great HR Awards 2025, Brandix Apparel (Pvt) Limited, Nestlé Lanka Limited, and Dialog Axiata PLC. Participants gained valuable insights into innovative HR practices, including HR technology, rewards management, leadership development strategies, and aligning HR with business excellence.

This session served as another meaningful step towards fostering learning, professional growth, and industry collaboration.

The event was graced by President CIPM - Mr. Priyantha Ranasinghe, Vice President - Dr. Neil Bogahalande, Honorary Secretary – Mr. Priyankara Seneviratne, along with several Council Members of CIPM Sri Lanka.

The Industry Dialogue on Talent Shortages and Skilled Workforce Gaps: Implications for Sri Lanka’s Future of Work successfully created a platform for meaningful discussions on emerging workforce challenges, labour market intelligence, leadership capability gaps, and future-ready talent development.

The session featured insightful presentations and engaging discussions led by distinguished professionals including Dr. Heather Fernando, Dr. Neil Bogahalanda PhD, Mr. Manuja, Dr. Samantha Rathnayake, and Dr. Samitha Perera.

Together, we explored strategic solutions to strengthen talent retention, workforce sustainability, and organisational growth in an evolving employment landscape.
