- Java Tech Lead with hands on development experience in Java (Springboot), Microservices, MongoDB, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile.

-Provide Technical leadership and take ownership of the backend work.

-The Lead has to identify the backend solution/architecture required based on requirements and distribute the development workload between himself and other Java developers based on capacity.

-Validate estimates provided by the Java developers.

-Conduct Code Reviews and be responsible to ensure code is of the highest standards and optimized for performance.

- Conduct unit testing and integration testing efficiently.

- Experienced in AWS.

-Assist in other areas such as DevOps, SSO, integrations, etc.
