Poor time management is generally sign of a serious lack of efficiency and procrastination. But can be easily remedied. We have all been there, waiting for 6 months to a year, and then a 30 minute to 1 hour meeting listening to your manager say how good you are, and how valued you are…...BUT ...for x reason this and x reason that they FEEL etc etc.

Companies that incorporate 360 degree feedback have shown significant improvements in morale and enthusiasm, as employees are more confident that their skills will shine, and any areas of weakness will be objectively highlighted and therefore can be isolated and a clear action plan can be designed, be it one to one coaching, e-learning or attending a specific workshop.
