ඉතිං ඒ වග දැන දැනත්, අපි එය සමනය කිරීමට වෙර දරමු.
සමහරවිට මනුෂ්‍යයෙකු වීම යන්නෙන් අදහස් කරන්නේ, ඒක වෙන්නැති.

උදාව පැමිණෙන බව අප දැන සිටියත්, අපි අන්ධකාරයට බිය වෙමු.
කාලය නිරන්තරයෙන් ගමන් කළත්, අපි හෙට ගැන කරදර වෙමු.
අපි වේදනාවම අල්ලාගෙන සිටිමු, අපි එයට ඉඩ දෙන මොහොතේ සිට, සුවය නිහඬව ආරම්භ වුවද.

Every storm, no matter how fierce, eventually passes.

And yet, while we know that deep down, we still struggle to calm it, to fight it, to wish it away.

Perhaps that is what it means to be human.

We fear the darkness, even though we know dawn is coming.
We worry about tomorrow, even though time keeps moving.
We hold on to pain, even though healing quietly begins the moment we allow it.

If you're going through a storm today, remember this:

It will not last forever.

Take one step at a time.
Hold on a little longer.
The winds will grow still, the clouds will part, and the sun will rise again.

Every storm has an ending.
