Rowing, Deadlifts, toes-to-bar, "kipping" pull-ups maybe even muscle ups.
All movements you can get away with sub par technique in a metcon as long as you have just enough raw strength. Not an efficient way to go about it by any means, but still worst case scenario you can muscle your way into avoiding a no rep.
With the double under, you've either put in and accumilated the small bouts of practice across the year or you have s**t double unders. There's no in-between.
Your strength doesn't matter here. It's a skill that simply can't be achieved without an application of consistency over time.
24.2 showcased two types of scores, either 3-5 rounds or 7+. The difference being the simple skipping rope.
