I gave myself a year to change my life.

I’ve made mistakes, things have gone wrong (so wrong you’ve no idea), I’ve had up days, down days, tears, smiles, highs and lows but something just hits differently of late.

It’s not the fast work that matters; it is the journey of becoming and learning on the job which could cross into anything in life.

We are in such a rush to reap results yet sometimes we don’t realise it is the slowing down that speeds us up.

Enjoy being in the journey of becoming 🤍 and remember it is always you vs you!

A moment of gratitude for this life, because there was once a time where everything sat so heavy it took me to the darkest moments of my life.

A moment of gratitude for this feeling, because to breathe daily and actually feel alive is a blessing I’ll never take for granted.

A moment of gratitude for this surrounding, because it brings my soul an element of tranquility it’s never found anywhere else in the world.

To feel this alive is the gift of life ♥️ and how bitter sweet it is to want to truly live it to the fullest once more!

If it isn’t bringing a smile then it’s a no from me 🙅🏻‍♀️
