Start the year as you mean to go on, make more space for yourself, for community and for love.

And if you are pregnant give yourself the benefit of connecting with yourself and your baby and getting a bit more education so you know a little more about what to expect from your birth!!

Sorry this is late, but wanted to say thank you so much for a wonderful wonderful time in England. We love our summers here with you and Jai and I can’t wait to have the two of you home with us soon.
