Prioritizing mental health and workplace wellbeing!

A Workshop on Mental Health Awareness & Work-Life Balance was successfully conducted on 13th May 2026 at the JKLL Head Office. The session, led by Mr. Janindu Janmika Maddumakulage, Lecturer and Academic Coordinator for University of London Programmes at Royal Institute Campus, focused on stress management, burnout prevention, and fostering a healthier balance between work and personal life.

This session aimed to empower employees with practical knowledge and strategies to manage workplace stress, improve overall wellbeing, and maintain a healthier work-life balance in today’s fast-paced work environment.
