The most common question that I get asked by so many people in the gym is how many days do I workout or do I work out every day? They are surprised to see me daily in the gym. It is difficult for some to gather how to be disciplined and motivated to workout daily. My answer to that would be it’s a part of life as anything else that you would do in life, eat, sleep shower, etc
Finding your motivation to workout is absolutely necessary to make sure that you stick to your exercise routine.
