Carey College takes the field on 20th June 2026 at P. Sara Cricket Ground for another chapter of the Battle of Crowns.

A day that brings together generations of Careyites, united by the maroon and blue, the traditions we share, and the pride of our college.

A Proud Achievement for Carey Boxing! 🥊

Congratulations to Mohomad Shaheed on winning the Silver Medal in the 33–35kg weight category at the 33rd L.V. Jayaweera Interschool Boxing Championship 2026.

In recognition of his outstanding achievement, the Carey College Old Boxers’ Association presented Shaheed with a special award. The entire boxing team was also honoured for their commendable performances and dedication throughout the championship.

A special word of appreciation goes to Mr. Rajitha Liyanage, whose commitment, hard work, and expert guidance as coach have played a vital role in helping our young boxers reach new heights.

Well done, Shaheed, Coach Rajitha, and the entire Carey Boxing Team. As Careyites, we are immensely proud of your achievements and wish you continued success in the ring and beyond!
