Buffalo Man Searches for Kidney Donor Through Ad on Company Fleet..

A Buffalo man and business owner who is struggling with kidney failure has taken some unconventional steps to find a donor.

James Naples, the owner of Naples Roofing in Buffalo, has resorted to having the words "Kidney Needed" and a phone number to call put on all five of his company vehicles.

Naples, 65, told Spectrum News with his vehicles traveling around Buffalo he hopes he will find the right match.

Naples was set to get two new kidneys implanted a few months ago until doctors found problems with the donation.

"I'm just waiting, you know," said Naples. "I go to dialysis twice a week. I had a heart attack eight months ago and triple bypass."

Naples says he was on the kidney waiting list for a year and half prior to the failed donation.
