🛑TIPS FOR RAMADAN FASTING AND MAINTAIN YOUR FITNESS AND YOUR PHYSIQUE
What to do to keep your gains and strength :
1.Drop the training intensity to half. Train just to fill your muscles with enough blood.
2.Train right after Breaking fasting OR right after the meal you have after the Taraweeh Prayer if you can!
Your workout should last no more than 45 minutes.
3.Be sure to drink at least a litre and a half of water between Iftaar and the time you go to sleep.
4.Break your fast with just a date and some Milk, eat a small protein meal like chicken and Salad and little fruit, perform Taraweeh then consume a nice good meal of carbohydrates and protein, steamed rice and grilled chicken and salad is the best example you can have.
5.NEVER train too intensely.
6.NEVER eat a big fully loaded carbohydrate meal when you break the fast as you will be falling asleep
7. Do not drink liquids that are high in caffeine as it can dehydrate you

9. Some people believe that eating from sundown until dawn will help them compensate for the long fasting hours. But they are wrong. Medical researchsays that testosterone, the male hormone responsible for muscle growth, is released in high amounts during sleep. The more you sleep, the more your testosterone increases.
10.Make sure to load you daily intake at least 60% protien and carb intake to your body
