IMPORTANT questions to ask yourself which answers cannot be found on a nutrition label:

~How hungry am I?

~Am I hungry for a meal? Or a snack?

~What food would satisfy me?

~Will the amount of good I eat, keep me comfortably full?

~Will this food keep me energised?

~Is this the food I want to eat right now?

~Is this a food/ food group that I have beliefs about?

~Can this food provide me comfort?

~Is this a food from my good/ bad list? How did it get to my list? Why do I wanna keep it there?

~Do I need to eat more now or will I have to eat something again soon?

~What sort of sensory experience am I looking for? Soft or crunchy? Hot or cold? Sour, savoury, sweet or spicy?
Always trust the signals sent by your body. Because they are far more important than anything you will ever read on a nutrition label.
This is the beauty of intuitive eating. 😍 Remember, a label cannot tell you what to eat, what your body needs or how much to eat. Only YOU can do it. 💯

FOCUSING on WEIGHT LOSS won't make you lose weight. 🚫 Rather, focus on having a clean, healthy diet. When focusing on weight loss, you tend to restrict certain food/ food groups and not listen to your body hunger ques and cravings, which can cause nutrient deficiencies and also you tend to binge eat, where the result is weight gain.
