Tasks and Responsibilities:

Manage the team by providing necessary guidance/ training, monitoring individual & team performances and work distribution; ensure strict adherence to Company Policy by all staff.
Plan, organize and control daily operations and ensure all service level agreements are fulfilled.
Resolve all service level issues in a timely manner and maintain positive customer relationships.
Participate in vendor reviews and OBR as and when required.
Create solutions, value-added services, and pricing for air and ocean freight in order to meet customers' logistics requirements.
Provide timely reports of performance/ KPIs to higher management.

Profile:

A Diploma or Degree in the relevant industry.
Minimum of 5 years experience in freight-forwarding operations in the international freight & logistics business coupled with established industry networks.
Excellent communication skills in English and outstanding leadership.
