THE BEST Banana Oat Muffins (9.5g protein per muffin) π§Ίπβ¨
Wet Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
120g liquid egg whites (Β½ cup) (can not use egg whites and instead use 4 large eggs)
1 cup (227g) nonfat Greek yogurt
ΒΌ cup (85g) maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
2 cups oats (160g), blend half into flour if desired
1Β½ scoops vanilla protein powder (about 45g)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Dash of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
chocolate chips
Instructions
1. combine all wet ingredients into a large bowl then seperate combine dry ingredients. Combine until fully incorperated
2. bake at 350F for 16-20 minutes
