Sales representatives are the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. Sales reps ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.

Administration:
- Work closely and promptly with CIO (Chief Information Officer).
- Prepare RFP, SOW, and other business communication documents.
- Handle all CIO communications and meeting.
- Organize all office and project documents.
- File project expenses.
- Work with the accounting director.
- Creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
- Prepare Statement of Work and Services contracts.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Time management and planning skills.

Must Have:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Social Media skills.
- Information Technology knowledge is a must.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or Computer Information Systems.
