Gateway Porto Al Zorah is situated at the threshold of the Al Zorah marina and adjacent to the protected mangrove reserve. The project is defined by its integration with the surrounding landscape and its low-rise composition that responds to both site and climate.
Organized as two linear volumes, the design prioritizes porosity and permeability between land and water, interior and exterior, private and communal space.
