This Villa as one of our latest projects abroad is typically organized using asymmetrical plans based on traditional courtyard house incorporating the antique front as portico & porch along with a contemporary language that keen to establish connections between the past and nowadays volumetric architecture.
The elegant lush landscape surrounds of green versus the sandscapes of the Arabian in well-designed property. The outer conventional opulence of countryside sights versus the inner signature of the roman gardens subtly merged with this beautiful Villa.

The area abounds in Classical palaces and cultural significance. Upon arrival you’ll be enchanted by this luxurious complex with its vast Landscape and lavish greenery, water features, and pergola for outdoor lounging.. Al Saadoun Palaces were built in distinctive Classical inspired by Moroccan architectural style. The facades have decorative elements: Portico, Agoras, Arches, Columns and Windows designed to bring natural light into the rooms. The materials used for construction and finishing were sustainable & eco-friendly.
The most irresistible spaces are the ones that effortlessly combine elements from multiple periods. We aim in this English style Coffee Shop to mix different styles to provide cheerful and pleasant space that can never be forgotten.
